It would be the best to store this animal glue in a dry place between 5-25ºC. This animal glue is derived from animal protein. It can be used for wood, paper, card and textiles, etc...

To prepare for use, add 1 part of glue to 1.5 parts cold water whilst agitating. Leave to soak for approximately 1 hour and then dissolve by warming.

At no time during dissolving period (or in use) should the temperature exceed 55°C serious degradation as protein strands will breakdown and greatly weaken the glue or even destroy its adhesive abilities. Repeated heating causes yellowing and decreased viscosity and strength. This animal glue has low colour and odour which dissolves readily.
