How is the shipping cost calculated?

The shipping cost will be generated by the computer shipping system, each customer orders different combinations of items, we will need to pack them carefully to ensure the products will arrive safely. Generally, our shipping cost is accurate.

 

Please note if you order paper or mull plus other small items, we will need to pack the paper and mull in a tube to avoid damage while shipping. This is the reason why the shipping seems to be more than expected, because you possibly have two parcels. By saying that, if you still want to check with us, you can message us to confirm.

Please kindly note your order will be shipped via Australia Post, the shipping costs that are listed in the checkout include minor packaging fees. 

30 Day return policy

Due to the Covid-19 situation, the arrival time is unpredictable, we have communicated with Australia Post, the item delivery can take 7 days up to 12 days within Australia.

We have specially extended the time for return of items. The 30 days will start from the day of your purchase, the arrival time can take 7 days up to 12 days, we believe you may need some time to try out your purchase, if you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us immediately, we take great responsibility toward your purchase, we are more than happy to work out the best solution for you.

The circumstances that you CAN return your item back to us:

 1. When your order is damaged in delivery. Please make sure to keep the damaged item, the damaged item image needs to be provided, so we can proceed to the return process.

2. When the item is not functioning properly as it is supposed to be on the first day of your use. For example, if you purchase the glue from us, but the glue is dry in the first time of your use, in this unusual circumstance, please contact us immediately, and provide the picture for us, so we can proceed to the the return process.

The circumstance that we DOT NOT offer return service:

1. When the order has arrive safely in good condition, and there is no functioning issue. We do not accept personal issues for a return. For example: You did not read the item description or size properly before purchasing or view the product image carefully, you realize the item is not suitable for your use once you receive your item due to personal issues.
