Handmade Timber Sewing Frame — English Beech
Each sewing frame is individually handcrafted from natural solid timber, meaning no two frames are ever identical. The wood's grain, character, and natural markings give every frame its own personality — a quality that defines genuine handmade craftsmanship.
Please be aware that every frame — brand new or demonstration — will have visible chips and marks on the timber, especially on the wooden screws and corner posts. This is caused by the natural grain of the wood during the making process and cannot be avoided. These marks do not affect the strength, function, or lifespan of the frame in any way. They are the honest signature of genuine handmade craftsmanship. If you are expecting a flawless, machine-made finish, this product may not be right for you.
Please note: If you are unable to accept natural chips and marks that are inherent to handmade timber products, we kindly ask that you do not purchase this item. We are happy to send photos on request before dispatch so you know exactly what you are receiving.

Thread Insertion Instructions
- Identify the shorter end of the thread.
- For each side, insert the shorter thread length into the designated hole on the sewing deck.
- Turn it all the way down until it sits flush with the bottom — it should go in at least 3–4 cm deep.
- It may feel tight at first — this is completely normal. With use, the thread will naturally loosen and settle into place.
- Turning the thread securely into position ensures stable stitching and consistent tension during use.
