Description
Linen thread is known as the strongest and highest-quality sewing thread for bookbinding. Ours is finished with a fine wax coating — smooth to the touch, not sticky or tacky like heavily-waxed threads on the market. It glides cleanly through paper and board without leaving residue on your hands or needle, while still holding the strength and fray-resistance bookbinders rely on.
Needle Compatibility
This thread is compatible with our 62mm and 70mm straight needles, as well as B1, B2, B3, and B4 curved needles.
For threading, simply wet the end of the thread to help it pass through the needle eye effortlessly.
