It will accommodate work up to 330 x 235mm and each has a working height of 180mm.  These nipping presses are constructed of heavy ply laminate and are perfectly adequate for most of the standard bookbinding processes but, obviously, cannot achieve the extreme pressures available with heavy steel presses.  We have used these presses in our bindery and have found them to be entirely adequate for all but the largest of books. 

They are handmade pieces, they will have some natural marks on the surface from the wood. It is not damaged marks.
